October 2025 Maintenance Update


This has been a busy year for Towers Ten. Our maintenance staff and outside vendors have completed the following maintenance projects this year:



The hangers for all pipes in the garages are being replaced.
Common area A/C condenser lines that are on the ceilings have been wrapped in the garages to prevent water from dripping on cars
A new trash compactor was recently installed along with the replacement of 2 dumpsters at no charge to the association.
A new north lower garage door was installed.
New lift master control panels for two garage doors were installed.
A new fire pump was installed.
Some of the pipes for the fire pump were replaced.
New batteries, a block, and new heater hoses for the generator were installed.
Quik Set combination lock sets have been placed on downstair maintenance doors, stairwell doors, and roof doors
The installation of the rest of the LED lights in the garages has been completed.
Door closers on all storage room doors and electrical room doors have been replaced.
All common area doors on floors have been sanded and painted.
Many dryer vent covers have been replaced.
The bulk drop-off area now has a fence around it.
The pelicans on the front have been repainted. The surf-board shower at the pool has been painted
The call box at the front entrance has been replaced.
Repainted all railings on the parking deck.
Parking space lines have been painted both on parking decks and garages.
Installing new rubber parking stops as needed.
Flex-seal paint has been added to the floors of the electrical rooms.
We ordered the new ‘driver’ for the elevator as a replacement part.
We replaced the tile on 3 balconies that had loose tile as identified by GC Contractors.
GC Contractors has completed the concrete repair work as identified in the Milestone Inspection.
We have rebuilt Atlantic Avenue walkway tiles to prevent water intrusion in 2 condos.
All storm drains have been cleaned.
Repaired the concrete in the storm drains at the front driveway.
We repaired the electrical panel on the north side of the building.
We are currently replacing all exit signs per the fire inspection.
We have replaced numerous signs throughout the building.
All palm trees were trimmed.
Painted all firelines in garages
Painted curbs and traffic lines in parking lots
Moved all pavers and cleaned up south side of building


Of course, our maintenance staff continues to clean the pool and pool deck daily, they clean and/or sweep the walkways weekly, they blow down the garages, they pressure wash concrete and garages, they empty trash daily, and they are constantly painting. We appreciate our maintenance staff!
